We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you should wish to return anything to us please see the details below for our policy on returns and refunds:

Made to measure curtains & accessories are manufactured to customer's individual sizes therefore we can not accept cancellations or alterations and we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed. We provide comprehensive guidelines on measuring for curtains and we recommend you use these before committing to your purchase

All made to measure curtains are hand made and quality checked at every stage to ensure that they are delivered to you in perfect condition. Please ensure that you unpack your goods as soon as you receive them as failure to unpack the goods may lead to creasing. Creasing will not be considered as a fault.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the manufacture or the fabric then please contact our Customer Service team who will do their utmost to address any problems. Should they feel that the goods need to be returned for inspection then you will be allocated a Returns Authorisation Number and we will arrange collection of the goods. No return will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Our cancellation, refund and return policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the manufacture of the fabric then please contact our Customer Service team on Freephone: 0330 660 0941.

If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer, delivery and postage charges are non refundable. Costs/charges for the return of unsuitable or incorrectly ordered goods are non-refundable. We request that goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returned goods must be in an unused re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by the advice note sent with your order. Whenever possible please return original packaging.

All refunds will be credited to the Credit/Debit card used for the purchase within 30 days.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if :

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered
  • the price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.
